ALBERT ADES     President / CEO

Albert Ades is founder and CEO of Vandale Industries, established in 1984. Through his leadership and guidance, this privately held company has grown from a moderate business to a well-known force in the Intimate Apparel business.

As CEO, Albert still maintains a hands-on approach to the many aspects of business operations, and is very proud of the fact that his two sons have played a key role in Vandale’s success. Even in these days of difficult business environment, Albert maintains an optimistic view towards the future of the Intimate Apparel business and especially Vandale Industries.


Maurice Setton
MAURICE SETTON     Principal / COO
Maurice Setton is a Principal / COO of Vandale Industries. After graduating from NYU with a degree in Finance, Maurice joined Vandale in January 1987. Within three years, he became a Principal/Owner of the company. Maurice has overseen Vandale’s growth from its infancy to the successful midsize company it is today.

Annamaria Siegel
Annamaria Siegel     Chief Financial Officer

Annamaria Siegel is the Chief Financial Officer of Vandale. A seasoned industry professional, Annamaria has over 25 years of experience in Finance, Business Administration and Human Resource Management. As CFO, Annamaria oversees all financial reporting, long term budgetary planning, investment banking, import/export management, credit collections, international banking, licensing, risk management, warehouse, logistics and human resources. She also serves as President of Vandale’s Audit and Finance Committee.

Prior to Vandale, Annamaria was President of Dun and Bradstreet Apparel Creditors Committee. Annamaria’s passion for mentorship led her to form Vandale’s College Internship Program.


Les Hall
Les Hall     EVP of Business Development

Les Hall is the EVP of Business Development at Vandale, a role he assumed in February 2018. In this position, Les is responsible for managing customer account relationships, as well as overseeing the strategic direction of all Vandale brands. Les brings 37 years of Intimates industry experience, most recently as President of Core Intimates at PVH. Under Les’ management, the Warner’s brand increased market share more than any other brand in the category.

Les began his career in Intimates in 1980 with Hanes Brands, starting as a Sales Administrative Coordinator and serving in several different sales positions before being promoted to VP Sales. Les worked with Maidenform from 1997-2003, serving as the SVP Sales. His fourteen-year career with PVH (2003-2017) included roles as EVP Sales/Marketing, General Manager-US Intimates and President-Core Intimates.

Les serves on the board of The Underfashion Club, Inc. and is a member of the Auburn University Faculty Advisory Council.


Linda Elton
Linda Elton     President of Private Label Division

Linda Elton is President of Vandale’s Private Label Division and Jessica Simpson Intimates. Linda joined Vandale 19 years ago to run the company’s Private Label Division. Under her leadership, Vandale expanded its retail accounts and has received many customer awards for best-in-class partnership. Linda works closely with retailers to build their licensing business, working cross-functionally to develop product, identify whitespace and trends and manage all merchandising, selling and marketing.

Linda brings 37 years of licensing experience in the apparel industry. Prior to Vandale, Linda was President of Sasson Licensing Corporation, taking the business from $10M to $300M in 10 years, an accomplishment that awarded Linda a spot on Crain’s “40 Under 40” list. She also worked at Felix Lilenthal, Jordache and Bonjour in buying, merchandising and licensing roles.

Linda is a member of the Underfashion Club’s Board of Directors and an active sponsor of the internship program at Nassau Community College.


Kim Kalosinis
Kim Kalosinis     Vice President of Sales and Merchandising

Kim Kalosinis is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Vandale. Kim began her career at Vandale in 1999 as a Senior Account Executive. In her current role, Kim manages licensor relationships, as well as overseeing merchandising and design.

Under Kim’s leadership, she expanded Vandale’s brand portfolio with the addition of IZOD, Vince Camuto and Lucky Brand. She successfully exceeded initial launch estimates and continues to drive year over year growth for these brands.

Prior to Vandale, Kim worked at Sasson and Tahari in sales and merchandising roles.


Effie Zeyra
Effie Zeyra     President, Men’s Division

Effie Zeyra is President, Men’s Division at Vandale, a role she assumed in April 2018. An experienced business leader with an expertise in men’s basics, Effie is uniquely positioned to launch and manage Vandale’s newly created men’s division. In this role, she is responsible for the design, merchandising, production and sales of the men’s underwear and loungewear brands.

Effie began her career in Apparel with Christian Dior Lingerie. She served in executive positions at Sales-Consolidated Apparel Group, Hartmarx and Delta Galil. Under Effie’s management of the Men’s Division at Delta Galil which includes Lacoste, Columbia and Kenneth Cole brands, sales increased 20%. Prior to Delta Galil, Effie was the founder, creator and operator of Natural Basixs, a core products brand. With her deep category knowledge, leadership and entrepreneurial style, Effie embodies the Vandale Advantage.


Eileen Nachbar
Ilene Nachbar     Design Director

Ilene Nachbar is a Design Director for Vandale overseeing the design teams for Lucky, Vince, Walmart, Target and Kohl’s. Ilene also acts as the design lead for all new business opportunities. In her role, Ilene develops the brand DNA through whitespace analysis, trend monitoring and close partnership with the license teams.

Prior to Vandale, Ilene worked in the Design department at Movie Star, an intimates, shape and sleepwear manufacturer. Ilene graduated with a design degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison. She is a member of the Underfashion Club and serves on its Scholarship Committee.
